When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, Please allow orders to be shipped within 10-14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. *Also, during high sale volume peaks, please allow more time for orders to ship*

Shipping/Billing/Payment Addresses

Please note that your order will not be processed if your shipping and billing address information does not match payment method being used. This is for security purposes.

Why do you only offer Pre-Sales?

As an upcoming small business, we are unsure of inventory needs at this time. To get a better perception of our customer's needs, we are starting off with pre-sales. Pre-Sales do not necessarily mean item is out of stock. 

Will you will always do Pre-Sales?

No. Once we figure out our customer's needs, we will start to do traditional orders where as our system will allow the customer to know current stock inventory.

I need to return/exchange an item.

Currently at this moment, we do not accept exchanges. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct size to the best of your ability. We ONLY accept returns under damaged and defective conditions. If item(s) shows to have stains, perfume/cologne, tags missing, etc the item(s) cannot be returned under our damaged and defective conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at: allgreydout@gmail.com. To save on time please send clear pictures of defective item when contacting us. 

Based on the photos sent and at ALL GREY'D OUT LLC discretion, a response with a solution will be provided. It is in our best interest to make things right for our customers.

ALL GREY'D OUT LLC has no refund policy UNLESS your item is deemed damaged or defective.

Can I cancel/edit my order?

At this time we do not offer cancel/edit orders. Please make sure the item is something you would like to purchase.

Can I change my shipping address?

At this time we are unable to offer change of address after the order has been submitted. Please make sure to verify all information before submitting orders.

What Destinations Do You Ship Items To?

Currently we only ship items throughout the continental United States, including U.S territories and Canada at this time, but follow our social media to be the first to know when our shipping expands to different locations. 

Please beware that purchasers are accountable for ALL import taxes, duties, fees, etc.
